My Existing Domain was still not Deleted

    Hi,

    I want to ask your help regarding my domain 777endtimeprophecy.com that I already deleted. I already requested deletion on this domain to wordpress.com. Because I made a purchase from Hostinger.ph that also uses WordPress and I registered this same domain in them after successfully deleted this same domain in WordPress.com but the problem is when I do a WHOIS it is still pointing to wordpress.com server. I have no control to remove in your server and I want to point in Hostinger nameserver. They (Hostinger) told me to repoint to heir server but I don’t have control on that. I cannot use this still in Hostinger where I made a purchased to host this domain 777endtimeprophecy.com

    Please I need your urgent support and response on this.

    Hi Israel,

    Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as when you cancel a domain, you give up ownership of it, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.

    In this case, your domain will only be available once it goes through the redemption process of between 30 and 40 days, and you won’t be able to register it anywhere else until this process is completed. We are not able to immediately release your domain without it going through redemption first, as this process is determined by ICANN regulations and we don’t have direct control over it.

    What we can do is send you a link to pay for the domain again, and then restore it to your account with us. Then we can help you point it to your hosting at Hostinger, and once you’ve owned it for at least 60 days you can transfer the domain away from us.

    Please confirm if you want us to do this.
