My existing website will not load up the new wordpress site that I am creating.

I registered glshawaii.com with WHOIS.com last week. I am trying to re-route my new wordpress site to this URL and it is not working. I believe I am having issues with the DNS settings. (Because I have no idea what I am doing with them!!!)
