my expiration date is unchanged after a number of hours?

  I paid for another year and the website stated that the expiry date will change and it hasn’t yet!

  Hello there!

  I look a look at your account and I do see that you paid $26 to renew your private domain registration for jimvanhornmusic.com.

  The new expiration date is January 7, 2016.

  You should be able to see the expiration date here:

  Could you confirm if this is the case? If this is not what you are seeing, if possible, send me a screenshot, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.
