my expired domain is blocking the new, primary domain I purchased

I no longer want supportcrossroads.com . I want my domain to be amikidscrossroads.org

I have allowed the old domain to expire, but the other is still active, but when I navigate to the site I get the notice that the old domain is expired, no matter which address I use!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

Can you confirm that you no longer want the domain supportcrossroads.com? If so, just reply back to confirm, and I will cancel it from your site to remove this message.

Please note, once a domain is cancelled, it is sent back to the registrar. It may or may not become available for purchase again in the future.

    Are you fricking kidding me???

You have blocked the domain I have PAID FOR simply because I let a sub-domain expire – and your solution is to ask if I really, really, really want it to expire?

I could give a rats stinky backside about whether or not it is expired – and that wasn’t even the point of my post. Did you even read it?????

The domain I have PAID for is NOT WORKING – my website is DOWN! THAT is my problem – not the expired domain.

My followers cannot read about the event I am hosting tomorrow (which is costing me a lot of money) – and you doubled-down on this issue because you are more worried about your domain sales than fixing my problem!

FIX MY WEBSITE! Demonstrate you actually care about my customer experience. At least try communicating me with a response faster than 15 hours! Competently handle my problem then we’ll talk about renewing my domain!!

and, yes. FFS YES. as I said in my original post – I DO NOT WANT OR CARE ABOUT THE OLD DOMAIN.

PLease, for the love of God and all that is holy, supportcrossroads.com expire.

You have my absolute assurance that I no longer want that domain.

I hope that is adequate confirmation that I really, really, really don’t want it. If not then I also have confirmation from my congressman, grandmother, pastor and the homeless guy at the corner with a ‘work for food’ sign that it is OK to let it expire.

I’m still waiting for a response from the Pope, but I am pretty sure his response will be Proverbs 3:27 “Do not withhold good from those who deserve it, when it is in your power to act.”

    Hi there,

I have removed the expired domain from your account. Your site is now loading correctly at amikidscrossroads.org. If you have trouble loading it on your side, you may need to clear your browser’s cache. Instructions on doing that can be found here:

    Solve Common Browser Issues

I apologize for the delay in the response. Please let me know if you need anything else!
