My expired website

  I have a website isapulley.com
  It expired on 11-6-19.
  I would like to renew it however it was under the name of a friend as she started it as a present to me. I was supposed to renew but I don’t have her information. I’d like to renew and have it under my name so I get the notifications in the future. Can I get assistance with this concern.

  Hi there!

  Since the site was created under a different account, to be able to manage it, the subscription must be transferred to your account. This has to be done from the account of the site’s owner.
  So, as a first step, your friend will need to reach out to us via https://wordpress.com/help/contact and confirm they want to move the subscriptions to you.

  Let me know if you have any doubts regarding that.
