  I am having problem with linking my facebook page to my website,
  can someone provide help?

  It looks like you have probably entered the URL of your facebook page incorrectly, because when I copy and paste the link to the page manually when logged onto Facebook, it redirects to my Facebook homepage.

  The problem does not seem to be on WordPress, but with the URL.

  If I were you, I would recommend testing the URL to the facebook page independently, on a web browser on which you are not logged onto Facebook. Get the page working, get the proper URL, then link it to the wordpress blog.
