My facebook pixel isn’t working with wordpress. seems to be wordpress issue

    HI there, I have tried everything to get my facebook pixel to work and with no avail. I believe there is an issue with wordpress that I can’t manage myself.
    I have done everything possible including a plugin – but it doesn’t show up as active or work at all with my facebook ads manager.
    I believe it was working in 2018 when it was set up by someone but now it is no longer working and I have also created new ones and followed all instruction.
    I would love some assistance.

    I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
