My fans are not receiving email notifications when I comment back to the post.

My friend Diana needs help with her blog over at http://www.ldjuarez.com. She is having issues when she does a post, and she replies back to someone, her viewers are not receiving email notifications when she replies back to them. Can someone please help.

To receive comments by email her blog followers must select “Send new comments by email: On” at Reader > Edit Blogs I Follow.

Upon reconsideration, what I said might only apply to new comments on posts on which her followers have not commented. If they’ve commented on a post, I would presume they should receive followup comments via email regardless of their comments setting at Blogs I Follow. But I’m not sure. Perhaps another volunteer will provide a better answer. If not, you may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar here to call for staff attention.
