my featured picture isn't showing on my last post

  Hello
  please help- i have posted a picture on my last post entitled- vendredi- it is not showing when i look at my blog through google but when i login into my blog through wordpress it shows. Can you help me please as i would like the picture to be showing- can you tell me why it shows featured picture when i login but not when i view my blog through google? thank you
