As well, please keep in mind that there are no stat counters which count things perfectly, because they’re all made to count different things. There is not one stat system out there which can measure how long individuals actually spend reading your blog, nor how many do. They all use various tricks to approximate the number, and they all use DIFFERENT tricks, so no two stat systems will ever agree. That’s why the most important thing is the trends, because those should show up on all stat counters; ie whether you’re getting more or fewer readers.

And guys and gals, please send staff the hatemail, not me. I’m not staff, have nothing to do with staff, and have no offical status here. Sending it to me just pisses me off which doesn’t help the situation and just wants me to throw in the towel. I think I and the other volenters do a lot of good here. Abusing us which some of you are doing (and staff seems not to give a shit about) is not the way to go.
I;ve gotten comments and emails and everything within the last 24 hours. I think I’m going back to that Not Staff avatar.

Hate mail! It’s hard to believe that some dullwit sent you hate mail over the mangaement decision to discontinue an inaccurate feed stats program that you had nothing to do with.
Please feel free to share the identity of the vermin with other volunteers in private emails so, the next time the vermin post to the forum again, we can all be too busy to reply to them. -
