  this is my first blog i ever made, don’t really know how to arange it better,i’d like to make more pages not to show everithyng on the first page

  You can set the number of posts that will display on the front page of your blog here > Dashboard > Settings > Reading

  look for this:
  Blog pages show at most ___ posts

  change the number and then click “Save Changes”

  You can also create static Pages for content that rarely, if ever, changes and use a Pages widget to display links to the ones you create. http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
