My Followed Sites/Subscriptions can’t be fetched

  I suddenly today am getting a message on “Reader” that my “Subscriptions can’t be fetched”. Only some posts are coming up today. Also suddenly today cannot “Like” any post or comment in Reader on the posts that do come up.
