My follower count is not raising even though I have more followers…

  My follower count is stuck on 510.
  My publicize shows my Tumblr has 41 followers, in reality, my Tumblr now has 59.

  This has been going on for a few days now. Do I need to disconnect and reconnect my Tumblr account to my WP account?

  I fixed it! I just disconnected my Tumblr publicize connection and then re-connected.
