You waited a whole minute before bumping this thread and I was fast enough to answer in between. Please note that normal turn around time for a first response on any blogging forum is 12 – 24 hours and bumping prior to 24 hours is considered to be poor form. -
I am sorry … I am trying to learn how to manage comments and I just can’t figure it out. I have no idea how I “bumped this thread.” Again, I am sorry.

All WordPress blogs by default have comments open on all pages and posts in the blog.This page > Settings > Discussion
Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
