My followers are not being updated in stats

  Please help! My followers haven’t seemed to increase for a couple of years and are stuck at 99. Any idea what the problem could be? Here’s the coding in the caption box: [mc4wp_form id=’79650′]. Thanks so much!

  To confirm, what is the URL of the site with the follower issue? createwithcheryl.wordpress.com hasn’t been updated since 2015, so I am wanting to make sure we are referring to the same site.

  I’m sure you’ve discovered the problem. In 2015 I updated my WordPress and the URL now is https://createwithcheryl.me/
  I don’t know what I’m supposed to change- so I really appreciate your help!

  Ah, ok, that is a self-hosted WordPress.org site.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  And you can find support for Mailchimp for WordPress, the plugin behind that [mc4wp shortcode, at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/mailchimp-for-wp/

  As for “99,” though, you may be referring to your Jetpack subscribers, which you see at https://wordpress.com/people

  It is currently at 99, and it would make sense that it’s been stuck there since I don’t see Jetpack’s subscription form on your site.
