My followers are not receiving email notifications of my new posts.

    I already went to settings>discussion and all looks good. But again, when I post something new, none of my followers are getting notified.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi Wes,

    Please note that the Settings > Discussion settings are set for your email notifications – not the notifications of your followers. You wouldn’t be able to control your followers’ email settings. Please have them check their Blogs you Follow email notifications by going here:

    http://wordpress.com/following/edit/

    In addition, have them check their Delivery Settings here to make sure they are not blocking emails from WordPress.com:

    https://wordpress.com/settings/subs-delivery/

    If they are email subscribers, have them check their settings here:

    It’s hard for me to agree with you.

    After contacting 8 different people, that ALL said they are not receiving the email notification posts. This happened all of a sudden and within the same time.

    This leads me to believe that when I make a post, WordPress is not sending out the notifications.

    I need your help please.

    Can you provide me these 8 emails? I will check our system. As a test, I will also follow your site. Let me know when you make a post.

    Here are two email that come to mind:
    (1) (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    (2) “Deirdre Hassett” (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I will post a “test” tonight.

    Both the emails you provided received your last test post email 13 hours ago. If they haven’t received it, have them check their Spam/Junk/Social folders. If they can’t find it, have them contact the support team of their email client. We received confirmation that the email was received. Their email clients may have blocked it for whatever reason.

    They should also make sure all emails from *.wordpress.com are whitelisted.

    Since our email post notifications are going out as expected, I will not stop following your blog.
