My followers are not receiving emails when I update the website. I’ve checked the Notification and Email settings and everything is in order. What do you suggest to do to fix the problem? Thanks for your help.

Followers manage their own subscriptions and specify the frequency of receipt of posts from sites they follow.

Ask them to click the “manage subscriptions” link at the bottom of one of the old emails.
