My footer wont go to bottom and my words are smushed into the header

  https://health-and-exercise.com/blog/ I have been trying different things for 3 hours, can you help me? I just want to get footer to bottom and to pull my stuff down a bit to make stop it being covered by header, thank you!

  This is the forum for WordPress.com and not self-hosted WordPress, which is what it seems like your blog utilises, as it is hosted by Cloudflare. See the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
