My form for posting user content stopped working

    Hey,

    So a few months ago, I changed the name of my website and the url. Then a lot of the pages went wonky.

    Specifically, I used to have a page/form for submitters to upload their stories to be posted on the website.

    With the original page, it goes to an error whenever I click on the link.

    I tried duplicating the page/form with the new url of the site and now the link works, but when users go to fill out the form, it keeps saying that you have not filled out the required fields even though they have been filled out.

    I know this is hyper specific but any suggestions?
