My form submission gives me the fields in email and FEEDBACK out of order

  How can I alter my contact form so that the email submission and FEEDBACK section of WordPress shows the fields in the order they are displayed on my “Contact Me” page?

  For example, in the page the form looks like:
  First Name
  Last Name
  Type of Project
  etc.

  In my email & in the FEEDBACK section, it displays as:
  First Name
  Email
  Writing Sample
  Last Name
  etc.

  It’s very confusing to have the first and last name separated; plus the writing sample should be the very LAST thing in my email & in FEEDBACK, not the 3rd thing. (It may be very long). I would like to have all of the information about the person & the work they want me to do before I actually see their writing.

  Can this be fixed?
