My FREE BASIC Blog was upgraded by you guys not me & then you shut down my blog

I signed up for the basic free Blog, it worked fine for years, then WordPress upgraded me, (with out asking me) & took money from me, then when the money didn’t come for the next renewal {which I did not know about, they changed the blog so no one can reach it… They tried to tell me now I need to pay money to get 1&1 Domains to “MAP” them to you, but they verified this morning that they are still pointing to where they always have since I set up the account to the WordPress name servers at:
ryderwoodrumors.com name server ns1.wordpress.com.
ryderwoodrumors.com name server ns3.wordpress.com.
ryderwoodrumors.com name server ns2.wordpress.com.
Then I found the invoice history page like to had a heart attack as it shows me owing, paid or being billed for $766…!!!! That’s an awful lot for a free BLOG…….

{What I want for a resolution is to have my old FREE BASIC account working like it was at no cost to me.!}

Yes, you do need to pay to map a domain here. You always have: I aught to know, having had the first custom domain here.

WP cannot take money from you without you having given them payment information at some point; you would presumably only have done that if you bought some upgrades.

http://snowbirdbob.wordpress.com/ is working just fine.

The refund period is 30 days. What are the upgrades for which you were charged?
