  I am confused on the whole domain thing. I started this blog on the fre plan but it seems as though I wont be able to have anyone find it when they search for it online. I am also afraid that because I have a free plan, that if I were able to switch my blog to a premium plan, then my site’s name would be taken because I didn’t pay for it. What should I do because I can not afford to pay

  Actually because you have already signed up for the free plan, your website will begin to get indexed with Google however you really need to complete your website so there is content worthy of search results.
