Hi,
You can launch the site without the need to upgrade, just make sure you’re not adding any custom domains.
If you see a subscription in your cart, you can just trash it by clicking on the trash bin icon next to it.

A custom domain is an address without the
.wordpress.comat the end, like, for example,waterrestoration247.com. -
Ok. You can see mine has a WordPress.com at the end. https://waterrestoration247.wordpress.com/
And still asking for payments when I want to launch,
Is there anyway you can help me out of this as a staff? -
When you click Launch do you click on “skip purchase” to the right of your free address (below the offers of paid domains) and “continue with free” on the next page.
-
It worked now, thanks alot.
Is there anyway I can place a sticky or on screen phone number on top or bottom of my free WordPress website? So it doesn’t leave the page when I scroll up and down the page. -
You can add that in a widget in your site’s footer. Go to My Site ->Design ->Customize ->Widgets ->Footer widgets, and look for the Contact Info widget.
-
Yes it see it, after selecting it, but it does not stick to screen when I scroll on the site.
-
I don’t see any widgets added in the Customizer for your site:
Did you click the Save button at the top of the Customizer after adding that widget?
-
Yes I did. I have up to 5 sites. Is the widget supposed to show in all of them? Because the footers are supposed to have different phone numbers
-
Clarifying:
A widget won’t be “sticky” when you scroll unless your theme was designed that way.
But it can appear in a widget area on on your site, if your site has a widget area.
You would need to put the widget on each site, though.

Ok. How can I remove the social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) logos at the top of a free WordPress website
-
Usually that’s your Social Media Menu, accessible through Customize:
https://wordpress.com/support/menus/social-links-menu/It depends on the site though, so if you’re not seeing that, please send a link.
