My free services has been suspended

  i am creating a website with free account and while i was doing my work i was not able to save the changes and suddenly i got a message that my services has been temporary suspended and dashborad is not showing the things i created please help me out and terminate the suspension and clarify me what i have voilated. It will bevery helpful it was my first creation so please let me know

  i created a login page in which i am asking for the e-mail but the response which i got from wordpress is that i cant collect such type of sensitive information for that i have to remove that page.
