My Free WordPress.com site is still visible on Google

  Hi WP.COM Team,

  I started my blog awesomeaj.com on wordpress.com more than 3 years back and then I migrated to Self-Hosted WP more than 1.5 year back. So after migration a version as awesomeajdotcom.wordpress.com has been created and it still have the content I was creating before migration.

  Recently I found that this old free version of the website is still showing on Google Search.

  Now I want to delete this FREE site coz I have all my content on my domain name awesomeaj.com on the hosting server I am using.

  So is it safe to delete this awesomeajdotcom.wordpress.com site now and will it ensure no more showing it on google search or I have to do something more after deleting it.

  Please guide.
