my friends don't get my updates

  Wonderful team,
  My friends subscribed to my publications, and non of them get my updates!
  Why?
  Can you solve it?

  I’ll tag this thread for Staff help. Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  You don’t. The software does it automatically, so if I write (email visible only to moderators and staff) you won’t see it, right?

  Ok, I understand.
  My friends (email visible only to moderators and staff), (email visible only to moderators and staff) for example, do not receive my updates, even if they subscribed.
  Can you please help?

  Hi there,

  Neither of those email addresses are subscribed to your blog, which is why they aren’t receiving updates. The second email address started to subscribe but never confirmed the subscription — they’ll need to click the link in the email they receive to confirm that they want to be subscribed to your blog.

  Could you please ask them to try subscribing to your blog again? If they run into any trouble with that, please let me know. :)
