hello there i am metodija. i come from slovenia. my friends page maja golob got hacked . it was called soulfood.si. it was hosted by you.. i was trying to edit it for mobile friendly and then suddenly i got logout and i couldnt login back with same credentials she gave me. it was [redacted]

please i need this website back somehow it definitely got hacked… there is no other way

Hi there – I was able to view the site at soulfood.si. The site is using WordPress software, but it is not hosted on our servers at WordPress.com. This means we are not able to provide the kind of support you need to resolve your issue.
There are three options from here.
1. Ask your friend if they have backups of their site saved somewhere locally. If they do, a previous backup could be used to restore their site to that version. It may not be the latest, but it may be better than now.
2. Ask your friend who the website hosting company is for the site. Contact that company’s support team to see if they have a backup and restore solution for these kind of issues.
3. Ask for help in the WordPress(.org) forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/ – these forums are for sites like your friend’s site that use WordPress software, but are not hosted at WordPress.com.
