My friends website is unaccessible – not sure if WP is the hosting provider!

  My friend’s website is not working – https://musicmediaintl.com/

  Not sure where the hosting is? Might be with WP – as our last communication with the developer might have alluded to WP as the hosting.

  Pleas help. Grateful.

  Hi @gmcahn , that site isn’t hosted with us, but can they contact the host for help fixing the SSL certificate? That’s something on their servers outside the WordPress installation, but if needed, here’s how they can help with the site URL too.

  Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. You or your friend will want to create an account at WordPress.org so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site. Or, they’d be welcome to host here; we’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences between the free WordPress software and our managed services. For what it’s worth, all of our sites include SSL, and we manage that for our customers.
