What is the URL of your website? Did you purchase G Suite through WordPress.com? The reason I ask is because I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from.
This situation typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

Thanks for this, unfortunately – I have tried all of these methods and cannot access the information I need. WordPress don’t host my domain but when I login to my GSuite, it says contact my reseller who is Automattic (wordpress) to access but I don’t have an account or a domain with wordpress anymore. I literally don’t know how to fix this and apparently some emails are being blocked which means I am losing business.

We have absolutely no history of domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
What is the domain name you’re referring to?

its http://www.weareomm.com – the domain was transferred out but I originally purchased it in 2018 and bought the GSuite with it too. Here are my paypal transaction Id’s as follows:
Domain registration & mapping: for £15
Wordpress business site: for £240
GSuite: for £65The account to access this info should be (email visible only to moderators and staff) but my account was deleted as I didn’t realise I needed it anymore – I have tried to access via account recovery, lost password and purchase info. I really don’t know why it’s so hard to get a straight answer or reply from one person to deal with this properly now.
I hope that information is everything you need to get this issue resolved and access to my gsuite to add another user.

weareomm.comwas transferred to a different registrar, so we no longer have control over the domain, and the GSuite license with us expired 2 days ago.I recommend contacting GSuite’s support about this, as they are the only ones who can assist with this, and since the domain is no longer with us (and the GSuite license has expired), it would be better to purchase a GSuite plan directly from Google in this case.

G Suite support say you need to cancel the billing and transfer it to them. It is still showing active in my account and to contact Automattic to add new users. Google will be in touch to resolve this with case number reference – I have also escalated with an email to help@wordpress.com
