My gallery and all images just disappeared while I was adding new content
-
I was adding new content to one of my galleries. First I noticed some of my images did not have the proper description, so I went to edit them and it would not let me unless the image was #1…Seeing I had 80 numbered images, that was a headache. When i added the new image I was not automatically taken to the edit page where I could add the description and edit the image name, like I usually am.
I finally was allowed to edit the new image, and when I clicked continue, like I have in the last 5 years, instead of taking me to the gallery, it replaced the gallery with this one image.
When I clicked the undo button, it showed me the gallery again in editor, however when I went to the page all the images were gone. When i went to media, all the images had disappeared also.
As I did not click delete at anytime, and deleting images has always been a pain, I believe this was a bug.
I want to know what happened and what I or you can do to restore it. I am sure as a business you have a back up.
This is my business page, my portfolio for clients to see, so I really needed it back yesterday. When I first tried to get help.
Please, someone help me.

I have been a member for 8 years and recommended you a to a lot of people. This is my first problem and I am getting zero help. I’ve posted here and messaged through the support page. I have had no one get back to me and it has been over 48 hours.
I am very disappointed.
