My gallery pictures show up when I preview, but not online.

You need to put the http:// in front or it doesn’t work. It’s just a name.

Now, give us a direct link to a gallery post and tell us how many pictures should show up there.

    Ha!

No need to use the Lord’s name in vain.

My last communications were with Jennifer. I guess you didn’t review them.

You seem so agitated. I don’t mind waiting for Jennifer. She was so kind and accommodating.

You know what Raincoaster, you can’t communicate without being offensive.

So, just let Jennifer handle it.

Sure, by all means. Be sure and tell her what blog you’re talking about.

No worries, rain. Have a good night.

From this end of the world, good morning. :) I’m on an HP desktop PC with Win7Pro 64Bit

OK-in Chrome 39, this is what I see in your No. 2 post (screenshot) The Gallery is displaying in the default thumbnail style and it’s same thing I see in IE11 (screenshot). Is the Gallery style supposed to be something different (circles, tiled mosaic, squares)? Are there supposed to be more than 4 images in the Gallery?

When clicking on any image in IE11 and Chrome 39, the Carousel opens and I am able to scroll through right and left to view the images without problem. The Carousel stays open until I close it with the X in the upper left corner.

In other words, I’m not experiencing what you’ve mentioned.

And the lightbulb just went on! /palmface Guess I needed that 2nd cup of coffee.

The Customizer is great if you want to preview how your site will look with a new header or background or any of the other features linked in the sidebar on the right in the Customizer.

BUT the Carousel feature will not work correctly when viewing a Gallery in the Customizer and indeed will flicker and then force a different page to open (the image Attachment page). I guess it’s a conflict of javascripts going on. Nothing to worry about.

If you want to properly preview a Post, you need to do it either in the Post Editor screen or the Dashboard>All Posts screen. If you are creating new posts in the New Dash (blue background) I’ll have to check again later, but there probably is a Preview button there as well.

If that wasn’t it, let me know. I’ll check back later after I take hubby to work.

And of course I will be happy to remove the screenshots I made if you wish.
