  I created a basic website on WordPress some years ago. I no longer require this website as I now have a more professional website. I get charged £51 per year and need to stop this as a matter of urgency, but as I try to find a way to access the account I used to open and manage purchase it tells me I have no website at all and no billing history!
  The name of the website is globalsapienstransaltions.com (the website I no longer need).
  Please contact me to find a solution to this ASAP!

  As you have a paid plan you can very easily restore access at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/. Next go to My Purchases to mange your purchases.

  Hi there,

  The domain, globalsapienstransaltions.com, has never been connected to WordPress.com in any way. In fact, that domain does not appear to be registered at all. Are you sure that is the correct domain?

  The alvaropalmieri account you’re using to post here only owns one free site, https://alvaropalmieri.wordpress.com/, and has never bought any paid upgrades from us.
