Hi, I have purchased Google Apps for Work through WordPress. When I try to use the Admin Console at Google to make changes to my email, I get an error message advising me to contact my reseller. I’ve had this problem for a month now. Deleting my cache and searching my junk folder hasn’t provided anything.
Help pleas

Hi there,
When you bought your Google Apps subscription you would have received an email with temporary login credentials. Can you please confirm whether you had received that, and accepted Google’s terms of service when you logged in?
If you did follow those steps originally, can you please tell me the exact wording of the error message that appears? It would be even better if you can take a screen shot of it. Upload the screen shot to a service like Cloudup.com or snag.gy and paste the link here so I can view the screen shot.
