My Gravar which is set up for my account at WordPress is used to another site

    Hi,

    I have been seeing something most strange:

    Although I didn’t set up any of these settings, you will be seeing that here my avatar which is being used in my account at WordPress.com is being used here, and when I will click on the “edit your profile” button, you will see also my username “a cooperator” is also being used here. Aside from using the same email in my account at ZumoDrive.com and WordPress.com. However, my avatar for my email is quite difference. So who allow for this site to use these settings. I am quite surprised to notice this something most strange. Please note that this site is for: http://zumodrive.tenderapp.com/discussions/support

    As far as I read that
    “My email address is already in use, but I never signed up
    Gravatar.com and WordPress.com share the same user database. It’s possible that you registered a WordPress.com
    account (either for a blog or for an Akismet API key,) which automatically now gives you a Gravatar.com account. If you use your WordPress.com password to log in you should experience no problems using Gravatar. If you cannot remember that password you may use the forgotten password link on the login page to reset your password.”

    However, there isn’t a relationship between WordPress or Gravatar and “http://zumodrive.tenderapp.com/discussions/support” to show the same Gravatar which is being used in my account at WordPress.
    The problem is only in Gravatar???

    Gravatar provides a central place for you to manage your avatars and profile information across a wide variety of sites and applications, not just WordPress.com. ZumoDrive appears to be just one of those other sites.

    Thank so much, do you think that my account at ZumoDrive will use my avatar at Gravatar.com, although I didn’t allow or set up that. This is quite most strange.

    Of course, any service that uses Gravatar for avatars pulls them in as soon as you sign up.
