  I have just been setting up an account and when I get to the My Profile page and click ‘Change your Gravatar’ a white page comes up with the message:

  Please close this window if it does not do so automatically

  That just stays on the screen and nothing else happens.

  Any ideas?

  Strange, it’s working for me. Try clearing your cookies.

  Be sure you are logged in to your WordPress.com account. Try going directly to:
  http://en.gravatar.com/

  Just make sure not to log out of Gravatar or you’ll
  be signed out of WP.com also.
