My gravatar does not show up when I post comments on other blogs using OpenID.

  I have set up a gravatar image and it shows up properly in the top right corner when I am signed into WordPress. But it does not work properly with open id when commenting on other blogs. This default image appears instead: http://img1.blogblog.com/img/openid36-rounded.png. Please help!

  Hi there,

  When you say that you are commenting on other blogs and it is only showing up the OpenID image, are you posting on WordPress.com blogs, or are you commenting on blogs elsewhere that you’re logged in via OpenID?

  Hi, yes, on other blogs elsewhere that I’m logged into using OpenID.

  Hi there,

  OpenID does not actually bring your entire WordPress.com profile with you. The other site would need to have Gravatar implemented as well in order for it to display your gravatar profile image. I apologize for this inconvenience!
