My Gravatar Doesn't Appear

  I have difficulties to upload my gravatar to my site sightsider.com . My profile picture doesn’t appear yet. I had watched youtube tutorial and tried to apply for my gravatar. But my PP/Gravatar still doesn’t appear. Somebody could help ?.
