My Greek credit card is declined due to capital controls!!

    Hello everyone,
    I have a small problem renewing my domain mapping as I have a Greek credit card and it keeps being declined. We have capital controls in Greece as you may or may not know and PAYPAL doesn’t work either! What other options of payment do I have? Thank you.

    Howdy,

    According to this page all forms of payment go through Paypal, and as such this is what is recommended:

    PayPal won’t accept payments from my country. What can I do?

    Unfortunately, there are some countries that PayPal will not accept payments from. If you have a credit or debit card registered to an address in one of those countries, you will be unable to use it to pay.

    Some options include paying with a card registered to an address in a country that PayPal does accept, or having a friend or colleague in another country purchase the upgrade for you.

    In addition to the suggestions there, you could possibly buy a virtual gift card online then register that card with PayPal.
