My guided transfer

  I still don’t see the guided transfer, could you please tell me when that will be available?

  Hi Marvin,

  It can take up to 24 hours for the guided transfer to be ready. You can read more about the transfer process here.

  If after 24 hours you’re still experiencing problems I’d suggest having a look at the dedicated support site for guided transfers over here:

  I paid for the guided transfer, but I don’t see the jetpack, plug ins or anything else that goes with that paid upgraded feature. The dedicated support site does not help me.

  Please check to see that everything is ok for the transfer.

  Hi Marvin,

  From here it looks like everything has been transferred correctly.

  JetPack should be available to you as the second item from the top left menu bar (just below Dashboard) and Plugins are the fourth item from the bottom from the same menu bar.
