My guided transfer hasn't started, and I've waited about 8 hours. Is everything ok?

  I paid for a guided transfer and entered all the required info (including my bluest credentials).

  I then got an email saying the transfer was initiated and I should get an email from a wordpress happiness engineer with further details.

  However, the day has gone by and I’ve heard nothing.

  Is everything OK?

  It is a Sunday now, so perhaps that is the reason for the delay?
