My Header doesn't size correctly for mobile

  Anyone have a simple fix? Header photo looks fine on my desktop. On my phone you just see the middle of the banner. Would like to see the whole thing – title and photo. The body copy and photos all size perfectly. Is this a CSS thing?Any help?
