My header image changed on its own and I'd like to change it back.

I just noticed that the image I uploaded when I first started my blog (that of a large parking lot) spontaneously changed to some photo of a flowering tree. I’ve tried several times to change the image, clicking ‘save & publish,’ yet the image does not revert to the one that I have in my media library.
Why did it change on its own and why can’t I seem to get it back?
