My header image is not appearing properly

  Hi there. I have uploaded a header image on my website. But when someone else is checking my site in the front end, the header image is not appearing

  https://bluepages03.wordpress.com/ is the only site we have under your account, but your theme doesn’t have a header image setting.

  Were you referring to something else?
