My Header image isn’t changing

  I can’t change my header image – after I go to Customize> Header Image and select an image, and then Publish – after I refresh the page it’s back to a ‘blank black’ header image.

  Help anyone? It doesn’t let me pick one of the optional pics or upload my own. I don’t know what to do. Thanks!
