My Header Image won't change from default when I upload my image.

  I’m on Macbook Pro, Chrome browser, OS Sierra 10.12.2. On my WordPress (https://ichange101.wordpress.com) I go to customize image on left side menu, click ‘add new image, uploaded a jpg images that’s 30kb, saved, view home page, but the default pic (people at cafe writing in notebook) still shows up. I tried another 30kb image and still same problem. Please let me know how to fix this.

  Hello,

  Not sure this is the answer…but here’s a thread where the O.P. was having a similar problem, and @timethief posted some helpful information that might help you…also see that the O.P. eventually fixed the problem but didn’t exactly say how. I hope this might help:
