My header in Sandbox is…

  Hi, I’m completely new to CSS and WordPress. I have my custom header, http://aliviarcoffee.com — but I don’t understand why it doubles itself. I mean, why doesn’t it just center in the middle of my page as a single image — do you see how it repeats as you scroll right? (I sized it in Picasa, then posted it privately on WordPress, then put the code on the stylesheet.)

  I’ve tried adding margins and padding, etc. but I really don’t know what I’m doing. I’ve also tried to get rid of all the blue writing, and whether I code 000000 or write black I can’t change the colors. Finally I tried to change the background to a soft gold color and I can’t do that either.

  But mostly I’m just desperate to get the header fixed, can anyone help me with that?

  You want a no-repeat in the image code.
