  • Hi there,

Your site lovelyninadesigns.wordpress.com looks empty. Could you let us know the correct site address? Sometimes the look of your site could be different depending on the themes and the device you’re using.

  • Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but a self-hosted WordPress site. See the differences between the two here.

    Name Server: NS1.BLUEHOST.COM
    Name Server: NS2.BLUEHOST.COM

I think the problem could be with the expired SSL certificate of your site. Since the SSL certificate of your site has expired since June 17, 2018, the image might not be able to display correctly due to the image link is having the HTTPS version (https://www.lovelyninadesigns.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/ban.png).

I tried accessing your site on both Chrome and Firefox browsers on my Android phone, the header image didn’t appear during the first load on a non-HTTPS connection. When I clicked on other pages, like the About page, the browser prompted me on the expired SSL certificate warning. Once I bypass the warning to view your site, I’m able to see the header image.

    A quick solution is to:
    – Check with your web hosting provider (Bluehost) to update your SSL certificate.
    – Make sure you have redirected all non-HTTPS site request to HTTPS. If you do not know how, seek help from Bluehost.

In the future, if you need help on your self-hosted site, please post your question at the WordPress.org support forum.
