  Hi. My header and menu are missing from my site. I have no idea how this happened. Can you help me? Thank you.

  Were you able to sort this out on your own, or did you need a hand still? Possibly you are referring to a different site instead?

  Instead your host (via Cloudflare DNS) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
