my header photo disappeared

  i followed the chat threads about this but it didn’t work to delete the header photo and reload it. Every time I reloaded it and press Save and Publish, it would then say ‘Saved’ but when I’d go on the site it still would have random images showing as the header, changing each time. My uploaded header would still not show up. I’ve had it up for over a year and all of a sudden it disappeared.

  Hi Lisa,

  I’m sorry for the trouble! Our team launched a change earlier today that caused problems for customizations you made to your site’s appearance (like your custom header image). We fixed that problem, and most sites are now back to normal.

  If your header image or any other customizations are still missing, you can open your site’s Customizer and re-save them now.

  If you have any more trouble with that, please let me know!
