How do I change my site title?

  I just changed the name of my blog and my username to edibletcetera (from etiquettetcetera) – not only is my blo still displaying as ‘Etiquettetcetera’s blog’ but the header picture has disappeared and I’m unable to re-upload it. I followed all the instructions for doing this and can confim that in settings, my username and blog name/url have changed to edibletcetera.wordpress.com Please help! thanks, jm

  You can change the site title from ‘Etiquettetcetera’s blog’ by going to Settings > General and editing the ‘Site Title’ section.

  I see that you have a custom header uploaded and in place – did you get it figured out?
